Abstract

On 8−9 August, the 5th anniversary forum "Digital Evolution 2024" was held in Kaluga under the auspices of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, which gathered over 1000 participants from all subjects of the Russian Federation.
