С 22 по 25 апреля в ЦВК "Экспоцентр" в восьмой раз прошла Российская неделя высоких технологий (РНВТ), важнейший в нашей отрасли выставочно-конгрессный проект, объединивший наряду с ключевым событием – 37-й Международной выставкой информационных и коммуникационных технологий "Связь-2025" – ряд экспозиций, форумов и конференций в сфере телекоммуникаций, ИТ и навигации. В юбилейный для выставки "Связь" год число российских экспонентов увеличилось в очередной раз.

New tests of the SHTV all-weather cabinet in a climatic chamber
Abstract
The Russian-Belarusian production group REMER develops and manufactures on its own industrial base mounting structures for telecommunications and data centres under the TsMO brand. The paper describes tests of SHTV-1-30.7.6-K3AA-TKMC3 all-weather cabinet with a climatic system (air conditioner with built-in heater 1000 W) in a cold chamber.

Modular-cassette scheme and SCS standards
Abstract
The variants of construction of SCS stationary lines for machine halls of data processing centres on the basis of modular-cassette technique are considered. Full compliance of this technical solution with the requirements of standards is shown. The expediency of treating the cassette line connector as a technological component and the possibility of providing its required characteristics at the existing state of the art is substantiated.

Abstract
The information communication world is moving towards the widespread use of artificial intelligence (AI) systems capable of processing huge amounts of data and quickly turning them into concrete actions. Further progress in AI depends not so much on increasing volumes of data, but rather on technological breakthroughs, new approaches to accelerating learning and optimising resources. The paper considers one of the options for using AI within the framework of "industrial co-evolution".

On the achievability of goals in the telecommunications development
Abstract
An important role in defining telecommunications development strategies is played by correct goal-setting, including elaboration of basic principles and basic technical requirements for prospective networks. On the one hand, the goals should be inspiring and non-trivial, and on the other hand, they should not be detached from reality, but should be set achievable goals. Examples of unattainable goals formulated in some international and domestic documents are considered, possible negative consequences of this are indicated, and measures aimed at preventing such cases are proposed.

Creation of a new technical product is a long and painstaking process. Developers often need not only high competences and a well thought-out work plan, but also a high-quality information environment. Abstract
The application of 3G/4G/5G operator networks for providing critical communications services is considered. Possibility of using the RONET critical communications system deployed on the public network of the operator for solving the tasks of Business Critical and Mission Critical class is substantiated. Different models of critical communications service provision by the operator and implementation experience of such systems on the networks of telecom operators in Russia are considered. The RONET system of RoS technology is briefly described.

Abstract
A review of techniques and methods in Wi-Fi technology, which allow its application to railway communication tasks, is presented. The work is carried out within the framework of the grant "Research of methods to increase the interference immunity of 4G/5G/6G, Wi-Fi, IoT mobile communication systems using signal-code constructions for complex channels in accordance with the Telecommunications Industry Development Strategy 2035" of the National Research University Higher School of Economics.
