Abstract
In this clause is considered and analyzed a modern condition and the basic problems during pricing the telecommunication companies for subscribers and operators. In this work the structure of cooperation of the telecommunication company with consumers and other participants of the market is resulted at rendering services of telecommunication. The Clause is devoted to the analysis of modern lines in mutual settlement of operators. The central place in a material is given an opportunity of pricing depending on distribution of the traffic through networks of cooperating operators.
