Abstract

Perspective of merging traditional digital TV and IPTV broadcasting in multi-service data networks. Notes importance of monitoring the quality of transmission information in digital television systems and networks. Principles of IPTV broadcasting in data networks. Description of the model for monitoring IPTV, which is a tool for research and development of mechanisms for quality control of television broadcasting in computer data networks. Results of assessing quality of IPTV broadcast depending on the parameters of the transport network.
