THE PROBLEM OF THE SYNTHESIS OF OPTIMUM BASIC STATIONSNETWORK STRUCTURE

Hereby substantial statement of a problem of synthesis of optimum network structure is given and a definition of optimum network structure is formulated. Criteria of an optimality, restrictions and conditions at which the solution of the stated problem and mathematical model of the problem of the synthesis of optimum network structure are possible are also offered. Formal-heuristic method of the optimum network structure synthesis of the GSM of new generation is offered as well. Results of the
latest experimental check confi rmed the assumption that the planning of variants of structure of a cellular network with use of the offered method of the synthesis promotes construction of the variants demanding smaller expenses.
