Abstract
Гастроинтестинальные стромальные опухоли (ГИСО) желудочно-кишечного тракта еще недавно расценивались как доброкачественные. Согласно современной концепции, все ГИСО следует считать потенциально злокачественными, и определение тактики их лечения должно основываться на мультидисциплинарном подходе. Рассматриваются два клинических случая ГИСО (двенадцатиперстной кишки и тонкой кишки), при которых успешно применялся комплексный подход, включавший хирургическое вмешательство и лечение иматинибом. Обсуждаются критерии RECIST, используемые при оценке опухолевого ответа ГИСО на проводимую терапию.
