КЛАРИТРОМИЦИН КАК НЕОТЪЕМЛЕМЫЙ КОМПОНЕНТ АНТИХЕЛИКОБАКТЕРНОЙ ТЕРАПИИ

Аннотация

Статья посвящена рассмотрению современных схем лечения инфекции Helicobacter pylori и месту в них кларитромицина. Приведены современные рекомендации международных консенсусов Маастрихт II-III. Обсуждаются возможные пути решения основных проблем, связанных с ростом резистентности H. pylori к антибиотикам. Изложены основные причины ее развития. Особое внимание уделено перспективам применения новых схем терапии, в частности последовательному режиму эрадикации с включением кларитромицина, и качеству антибактериальных лекарственных средств.
