Algorithm of management of patients with asthma exacerbation at pre-hospital stage

Abstract

The article includes the modern concept of ambulatory management of patients with asthma. It is underlined that modern classification of asthma is based not only on etiology and clinical features of asthma, but also on the degrees of disease control. Criteria of asthma attack severity are algorithm of acute management of patients with asthma exacerbation is described.
