Abstract

Рак молочной железы, развившийся на фоне беременности (РМЖРБ), - это относительно редкое явление (у 1/3000-1/10000 всех беременных женщин). У большинства онкологов и гинекологов, сталкивающихся с РМЖРБ только раз в несколько лет, существуют неправильные представления о биологии и прогнозе заболевания. Немногочисленные исследования показали сложную ассоциативную связь беременности и РМЖ. Недостаток информации затрудняет принятие решения для многих женщин с РМЖРБ или желающих забеременеть после ранее леченного РМЖ. В обзоре рассмотрены варианты лечения женщин с РМЖРБ, проанализированы доступные свидетельства о безопасности беременности после РМЖ.
