Primenenie bazal'no-bolyusnogo rezhima insulinoterapii u bol'nykh sakharnym diabetom tipa 2

Resumo

Рассматривается современный алгоритм лечения сахарного диабета типа 2 (СД2), обосновывается целесообразность применения инсулинотерапии на определенных этапах этого заболевания. Подчеркивается, что через 10-12 лет после постановки диагноза в постоянной инсулинотерапии нуждаются около 80 % пациентов с СД2. Представлены данные клинических исследований по применению у больных СД2 с неэффективностью пероральной сахароснижающей терапии инсулиновых аналогов гларгин (Лантус) и глулизин (Апидра) в базально-болюсном режиме. Имеющийся опыт применения инсулинов Лантус и Апидра при СД2 демонстрирует высокую эффективность и безопасность этой схемы лечения в плане достижения хорошего гликемического контроля и повышения качества жизни, а также ее экономическую оправданность.
