Аннотация

Обсуждается проблема остеопороза (ОП) беременных: причины возникновения, пути профилактики и лечения. ОП - многофакторная патология, которая может быть обусловлена как недостаточным поступлением кальция и витамина D, так и повышенными потребностями организма в этих элементах. Развитие ОП у беременных может быть предотвращено с помощью комплексного препарата, содержащего кальций и витамин D (Кальций-Д3 Никомед), а также некоторых рекомендаций по питанию и поведению.
