Аннотация
Представлены причины, механизмы развития и подходы к устранению резистентности к диуретикам (РКД). Обычно РКД наблюдают у наиболее тяжелых пациентов, например, с выраженным нефротическим синдромом или декомпенсированной хронической сердечной недостаточностью. РКД всегда существенно затрудняет лечение и нередко приводит к ухудшению прогноза больных. Очевидно, что решение этой проблемы требует мультидисциплинарного подхода - только замена диуретика и/или увеличение его дозы зачастую оказывается малоэффективным.
