Аннотация

В статье на основании обширных литературных данных представлено многообразие клинических вариантов течения различных форм бруцеллезной инфекции, дано патогенетическое обоснование полиморфизма клинических проявлений. Изложены основные принципы диагностики данной патологии. Поскольку клиническая картина заболевания, особенно в остром периоде, характеризуется выраженным полиморфизмом, в неясных случаях бруцеллез следует включать в круг дифференциальной диагностики, тем более если имеются соответствующие эпидемиологические предпосылки для подозрения.
