详细

The review is devoted to the one of the most dangerous complications of therapy with indirect anticoagulants - intracranial hemorrhage (ICH). The data for the frequency, mechanisms and risk of development of this condition are presented. The modern methods for correction of hypocoagulation in hospital patients with warfarin-associated ICH are described. Particular attention is paid to the most controversial issue - the possibility of post-ICH reinitiation of warfarin therapy.
