Аннотация
Рассмотрены основные функции помповой инсулинотерапии, имитирующие физиологическую секрецию инсулина, а также принципы расчета временной базальной скорости (ВБС) и выбора типа болюса, что позволяет снижать вариабельность гликемии и обеспечивать длительную компенсацию сахарного диабета. Приводятся клинические примеры использования этих функций расширенного меню пользователя инсулиновой помпы. Подчеркнута важность обучения пациента анализировать потребность в инсулине в зависимости от ситуации и грамотно использовать преимущества помпы для достижения компенсации диабета.
