Abstract

The article presents a case of a combination of two different autoimmune liver diseases in the same patient. Current concepts of the etiology of diseases, as well as approaches to the differential diagnosis are described. Significance of morphological and immunological studies for a timely verification of these diseases and the start of immunosuppressive therapy is emphasized.
