Abstract

Based on the investigation of the rates of salivary secretion in children with obstructive and non-obstructive chronic pyelonephritis, scheme for the correction of sialoschesis with account of the features of acid-base equilibrium of the oral cavity in this group of patients was developed. The efficiency of the proposed scheme, which allows to normalize the level of salivary secretion in children with chronic pyelonephritis due to drugs with local action (chewing gums, lozenges, GC Dry Mouth Gel overnight) was proved.
