Abstract

The article discusses the problem of acute and persistent diarrhea in children. The major pathogenetic mechanisms of diarrhea syndrome in children, and the clinical features of diarrhea of various origins are considered. The data on the role of the drug Enterol in the prevention and treatment of diarrhea in children are presented.
