The article is dedicated to the evaluation of potentials for the use of semi-combined implants for the primary total knee replacement. The method of treatment, the main advantages of semi-combined knee endoprosthesis and features of rehabilitation are described. In addition, a comparison of various methods for the prevention of deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs in the postoperative period, and the analysis of results and complications are presented.
