Аннотация
Хроническая мигрень - тяжелое дезадаптирующее заболевание, патогенез которого активно изучается, а критерии и подходы к лечению непрерывно совершенствуются. Одним из наиболее изученных препаратов лечения хронической мигрени является ботулинический токсин типа А (Ботокс®). PREEMT - самое обширное исследование пациентов с хронической мигренью, состоящее из двух фаз: 24-недельной двойной слепой плацебо-контролируемой со случайным распределением и 32-недельной открытой. Исследование показало достоверное снижение числа дней с головной болью в группе Ботокса® по сравнению с группой плацебо, а также превосходство Ботокса® по ряду вторичных показателей эффективности, включая степень дезадаптации.
