Abstract

The article presents a modern view on the problem of gastritis as a precancerous disease. Information proving this thesis is discussed. The issue of screening, diagnosis of atrophic gastritis and H. pylori eradication as methods for prevention of gastric cancer is considered. Information about the most effective schemes for H. pylori eradication is presented.
