Аннотация
Одной из немаловажных проблем при лечении пациентов с болезнью Паркинсона является нарушение сна и бодрствования. Они могут быть вызваны усилением симптомов паркинсонизма в вечернее и ночное время, приемом противопаркинсонических средств, тревогой, депрессией или приемом некоторых антидепрессантов, внезапной отменой бензодиазепинов или других седативных средств. Также расстройства сна могут быть связаны с распространением процесса нейродегенерации на различные структуры ствола мозга. Понимание причины расстройства сна поможет успешно с ним бороться.
