Abstract
The article presents the results of the evaluation of the effectiveness and tolerability of the drug, containing analgesic, sympathomimetic, antitussive, and vitamin, in the therapy of 48 patients with acute respiratory viral infection (ARVI). The use of this drug, including the components that affect the various stages of pathogenesis, seems more optimal treatment for ARVI compared to the set of different drugs and does not lead to negative effects associated with polypharmacy and irrational combinations of drugs.
