Abstract

The problem of the treatment of inflammatory diseases of the oropharynx is the most complex and challenging in otorhinolaryngology. Inconsistence of systemic antibacterial therapy has determined particular importance of topical agents for the treatment. Strepsils® for children from 6 years has antiseptic (antibacterial and antimycotic) and antiviral activities. The drug has a good analgesic effect. High pharmacological safety determines its optimal use for the relief of sore throat in children.
