Abstract

The article summarizes the current state of the problem of polypoid rhinosinusitis. The potentials for the use of intranasal glucocortico-steroids in the treatment of such patients are discussed. A number of advantages of budesonide are characterized by a pharmacological parameters, allowing effective and safe control of clinical symptoms of polypoid rhinosinusitis.
