Abstract

The purpose of this article was an attempt to summarize the literature data and data of own authors’ experience in the specialized obstetric hospital concerning medical correction of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia in pregnant women. Optimizations of prophylactic antiarrhythmic therapy, critical and objective approach to assessing the severity of tachycardia allow to avoid unjustified surgical delivery, including at early stages of pregnancy.
