Resumo
The article highlights the issues of prevalence of allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA), presents the definition and discusses the etiological factors and features of the pathogenesis of the disease. The clinical manifestations of the disease are described in detail. The modern methods of diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ABPA and methods of treatment are presented.
