Abstract

Rational feeding the baby the first year of life - one of the most important components of its harmonious psychomotor development, adequate immune responses, resistance to infection and other adverse factors. The article justifies the necessity of the use of industrially manufactured enriched foods for supplemental feeding in infants, especially juices, fruit and vegetable purees, which are sufficient source of trace elements and vitamins. The various components in the fruit and vegetable juices and purees allow to improve the health condition of children.
