Abstract

Hysteromyoma is one of the most common disease among women of reproductive age and often causes a variety of disorders, including infertility. This leads to the need for organ-preserving surgical treatment. Today, our understanding of the impact of different types of interventions on the receptor properties of the endometrium is limited. This article presents the results of the evaluation of the expression of endometrial receptivity markers, both progesterone and estradiol receptors, Noha-10 and BCL-2 genes, leukemia inhibitory factor and pinopods, in patients undergoing conservative myomectomy.
