Аннотация

Хроническая спонтанная крапивница (ХСК) - заболевание кожи, опосредованное дегрануляцией тучных клеток и появлением волдырей, зуда и ангиоотеков в течение более 6 недель без связи с какими-либо специфическими причинами. Цель обзора: обсуждение современных международных согласительных документов по лечению ХСК, а также преимуществ и недостатков назначения омализумаба - нового биологического агента для терапии заболевания.
