Аннотация

Обзорная статья посвящена гастроэнтерологическим аспектам бариатрической хирургии. В настоящее время хирургические методы лечения ожирения становятся все более популярными. Положительные эффекты данного варианта лечения во многом основываются на изменениях инкретинового профиля и микробиома. Ведение пациентов после перенесенного бариатрического лечения является сложной задачей, в т.ч. c учетом частого развития побочных эффектов со стороны органов желудочно-кишечного тракта.
