Abstract

The article presents modern approaches to the correction of dietary plans. The product set and assortment are developed and formed taking into account the possibility of individual programming of dietary plans and organization of nutrition of pregnant and nursing women with specialized food and vitamin and mineral complexes for this cohort of women. Developed sets of products included in the dietary structure of pregnant and nursing women, and an assortment of basic foods enable to personalize their nutrition.
