Abstract

A typical clinical manifestation of odontogenic atypical pain is the daily dull toothache of undefined localization in the absence of any pathology. The article discusses the problems of the clinical manifestations, diagnostics, and differential diagnosis of odontogenic atypical pain. Treatment of this type of atypical pain requires a multidisciplinary approach.
