Abstract

The article presents the results of use of drug Mexidol for the treatment of patients with dyscirculatory encephalopathy. It was found that Mexidol regulates cerebral hemodynamics, improves memory, emotional state, motor activity, increases the frequency of L-rhythm in both hemispheres of the brain, and reduces blood levels of cholesterol and low-density lipoproteins, thereby significantly improving the quality of life of patients with dyscirculatory encephalopathy and significantly reducing the risk of stroke in the future.
