Abstract

Allergic and inflammatory skin diseases have a high prevalence among the population worldwide. Topical glucocorticosteroids is the main groups of drugs used in these conditions. From the point of view of pharmacoeconomics, the application of quality generics is the promising direction in the treatment of allergic and inflammatory diseases of the skin. The review presents the basic principles for the selection of effective and safe generics, as well as provides examples of successful use of 0.1% Laticort, hydrocortisone 17-butyrate generic, for the treatment of dermatoses steroidchuvstvitelnyh.
