Контагиозный моллюск: современные представления и обзор методов лечения

Аннотация

Проведен обзор современных методов лечения инфекции, вызванной контагиозным моллюском. Наиболее подходящий терапевтический подход во многом зависит от клинической ситуации и распространенности контагиозного моллюска. Консервативное лечение с применением различных кремов, мазей, растворов не всегда эффективно и зачастую помогает только при единичных или маленьких вновь появившихся элементах. Ни один из методов наружной терапии не показал достоверных результатов по сравнению с плацебо, но может быть использован как пробный вариант, особенно при категоричном отказе самих пациентов и/или их родителей от механического удаления. К наиболее эффективным методам можно отнести кюретаж, или механическое удаление контагиозного моллюска, который при адекватном местном обезболивании хорошо переносится. Отмечено, что выжидательная тактика не обоснованная, т.к. чаще всего происходит распространение элементов путем аутоакуляции вируса на другие участки кожи за счет травм и трения.
