Спазмолитическая терапия синдрома раздраженного кишечника, основанная на принципе доказательной медицины

Аннотация

Рассматриваются Римские диагностические критерии синдрома раздраженного кишечника (СРК) III. Обсуждаются принципы классификации СРК, представлены данные о его эпидемиологии и патофизиологических аспектах. С позиций доказательной медицины рассматриваются современные подходы к терапии СРК. Подчеркивается, что спазмолитики были и остаются основой лечения СРК. Их назначение целесообразно с позиций не только купирования спастических реакций кишечника, но и воздействия на висцеральную гиперчувствительность как одно из основных патогенетических звеньев синдрома посредством уменьшения чувствительности ноцицепторов.
