Аннотация
The article discusses the problem of the efficacy and safety of immunotherapy of acute respiratory infections in children. Among bacterial immunomodulators, ribosomal-proteoglycan complex Ribomunyl is well-studied drug, stimulating the entire immune system, ie, the non-specific immunity, which responds to a wide range of bacteria, viruses and fungi, and the specific immunity, focused on well-defined antigens, and provides long-term protection through immunological memory. Numerous studies of this drug involving adults and children have shown that Ribomunyl is high effective and well tolerated preparation.
