Resumo

People with different types of skin photosensitivity have different propensities to sun-tan and predisposition to solar burns. In addition, there are many other factors that influence the development of solar burns. The article describes the causes, pathophysiological aspects and clinical manifestations of solar burns, their prevention and treatment.
