Аннотация

В статье представлен обзор современных подходов к лечению пациентов с сахарным диабетом пожилого возраста. Обсуждаются целевые уровни гликемии и гликированного гемоглобина у этой категории больных, рассматриваются немедикаментозные и медикаментозные методы их лечения, в т. ч. связанные с терапией риски. Дано понятие гериатрических синдромов. Подробно представлены результаты исследований по применению инсулина НовоМикс 30 среди больных сахарным диабетом пожилого возраста. Показано, что использование инсулина НовоМикс 30 - это выбор эффективной, безопасной и простой терапии для пожилых пациентов.
