Аннотация
По распространенности среди болевых синдромов в детском возрасте головные боли занимают лидирующие позиции с нарастанием от 3-8 % среди дошкольников до 57-82 % у подростков. В основе диагностики головных болей лежит оценка клинических проявлений и неврологического статуса. Обсуждается назначение дополнительных методов обследования, которое должно быть обоснованным, учитывать особенности клинической картины и неврологического статуса. Рассматриваются особенности купирования приступов головной боли в детском возрасте и применения ибупрофена, в современных международных рекомендациях по лечению приступов головных болей у детей позиционируемый как препарат выбора первой очереди.
