Аннотация
Настоящая статья посвящена обсуждению возможных путей оптимизации существующего уровня контроля бронхиальной астмы у пациентов с учетом, с одной стороны, фенотипической гетерогенности заболевания, с другой - возможности влияния на периферические дыхательные пути (мелкие бронхи). Мелкодисперсный ингаляционный кортикостероид циклесонид, обладающий большой легочной фракцией, больше половины которой распределяется в дистальных бронхах, является эффективным препаратом достижения и поддержания контроля астмы у детей, подростков и взрослых. Высокая безопасность препарата проявляется отсутствием системного действия и низкой частотой локальных реакций со стороны ротоглотки.
