Аннотация

Статья посвящена проблеме выбора лечения при плоскоклеточном раке слизистой оболочки полости рта. Если ранние стадии заболевания лечатся достаточно успешно с применением только хирургического или лучевого лечения, то местно-распространенные опухоли требуют комплексного подхода. Современная хирургия, лучевая и полихимиотерапия, по данным литературы, дают большие возможности для успешного лечения пациентов. Сложным является вопрос выбора очередности этапов комбинированного лечения. Многочисленные публикации на эту тему не дают однозначного ответа, насколько оправданно применение лучевой терапии на первом этапе, как это распространено в России. Дан обзор введения в схемы лечения таргетных препаратов при комплексной терапии как местно-распространенных, так и рецидивных процессов.
