Аннотация

По данным массы исследований, доля лиц когда-нибудь в жизни принимавших пероральные глюкокортикоиды, составляет 3 % в возрасте 30 лет, увеличиваясь до 5,2 % к 80 годам. Установлено, что постоянный прием системных глюкокортикоидов может приводить к развитию остеопоротических переломов. Статья посвящена наиболее частой и тяжелой форме вторичного остеопороза - глюкокортикоидному остеопорозу, развивающемуся в результате длительного приема глюкокортикоидов. Обсуждается новая версия российских клинических рекомендаций «Диагностика, профилактика и лечение глюкокортикоидного остеопороза у мужчин и женщин 18 лет и старше», изданных в 2013 г. под эгидой Российской ассоциации по остеопорозу, Российского респираторного общества и Ассоциации ревматологов России. Приведены рекомендации по ведению пациентов, принимающих оральные глюкокортикоиды.
