ОПЫТ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ ПРОТИВОРВОТНЫХ ПРЕПАРАТОВ ПРИ ОСТРЫХ ГАСТРОЭНТЕРИТАХ У ДЕТЕЙ

Аннотация

Представлены результаты применения противорвотных препаратов группы сильнодействующих селективных антагонистов серотонинергических 5-НТ3-рецепторов при ротавирусной инфекции у детей. Полученные данные показали пользу применения противорвотных препаратов данной группы в виде снижения потребности во внутривенной регидратации для детей с острым ротавирусным гастроэнтеритом. Ондансетрон - безопасный и эффективный противорвотный препарат, который может применяться с месячного возраста. Сокращение необходимости во внутривенной регидратации после приема ондансетрона укорачивает длительность госпитализации и тем самым уменьшает стоимость лечения в целом.
