Остеопороз в реальной клинической практике: фокус на альфакальцидол

Аннотация
В статье представлены данные анкетирования врачей 6 специальностей, занимающихся лечением остеопороза, и пациентов, страдающих данным заболеванием. Опрос врачей показал, что они назначают альфакальцидол 27% больных, в т.ч. в 8% случаев - как монотерапию. Среди пациентов 25% опрошенных получали альфакальцидол в комбинации с другими препаратами для лечения остеопороза (22%) или как монотерапию (3%). Кроме того, дан анализ литературы, на основании которого обоснованы преимущества альфакальцидола с позиций доказательной медицины.
