Аннотация

Существуют качественные и количественные различия в составе кишечной микрофлоры у здоровых грудных детей и у больных атопическим дерматитом. Эти данные послужили толчком для появления концепции о том, что полезные бактерии в составе кишечной микрофлоры человека, названные пробиотиками, могут восстанавливать кишечный гомеостаз и предотвращать возникновение аллергии или уменьшать ее проявления отчасти за счет взаимодействия с иммунными клетками в кишечнике. Не все штаммы пробиотиков обладают одинаковыми свойствами. В статье обобщены современные представления о возможностях профилактики атопического дерматита у детей при помощи Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG. Представлен обзор исследований по профилактике атопического дерматита у детей в пренатальном и постнатальном периодах.
