The article presents data on the relationship between dentofacial pathologies and arterial hypertension (AH), determining the special attention of the doctor in the provision of dental services for this group of patients. «Dental masks» of AH, and the impact of dental status on the course of somatic disease are described. Limitations and contraindications for the use of certain types of local anesthetics and risk of komedikatsiya in hypertensive patients are discussed. The algorithm of emergency care during exacerbation of AH and hypertensive crisis before the arrival of ambulance team is presented.
