Аннотация
В обзорной статье рассматривается роль повышенной проницаемости слизистой оболочки кишечника в развитии сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, таких как артериальная гипертензия, хроническая сердечная недостаточность, атеросклеротическое поражение артерий, а также обсуждается связь между повышенной кишечной проницаемостью и эндотелиальной дисфункцией. Рассматривается возможность коррекции повышенной проницаемости слизистой оболочки кишечника, в связи с этим обсуждаются механизм действия и плейотропные эффекты гастро- и энтеропротектора ребамипида, который на сегодняшний день считается единственным корректором повышенной кишечной проницаемости.
