The Structure and Interconnections of Part Precision Factors and Couplings and the Ways to Reduce Errors at Internal Combustion Engine Production

The problem of providing of a demanded level of accuracy of details and conjugations at manufacturing and assembling of diesel engine is presented as a many-sided problem for solution of which the structure and interrelation of factors influencing on initial operational accuracy of details and conjugations is offered. For the first time the concept of initial operational accuracy is introduced. The mechanism of formation and inheritance of the errors is discovered, allowing to find a stock of accuracy of details and its quantity.
